Sarah Ingham is an international dressage rider and trainer based near Chelmsford in Essex.
She started riding at the age of 3 and was brought up through the Chipping Branch of the Pony Club which culminated in her passing her Pony Club A test in 2003.
An opportunity in her teenage years to work part time for Joanna Jackson ignited her love for dressage and she has been fortunate to train with some of Great Britain’s leading trainers, not least, Emile Faurie who has been her mentor for the last 20 years.
She has won several regional titles across all levels and two national titles, most recently the Elementary Gold at the 2024 National Dressage Championships.
Sarah now has a small, but exciting string of horses, led by her Elementary Gold winner, Mowgli S.
We can’t wait to see more of Sarah and Mowgli this season!
